Program

Harbor Lane Properties sends text messages to property owners about buying their property: questions about the property, offers, scheduling and closing updates.

How you join

You can agree to receive texts by ticking the consent box on our offer form at harborlaneproperties.co, or by replying to us and asking us to keep in touch by text. Consent is not a condition of any sale.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Usually a few messages per week at most while we discuss your property.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Harbor Lane Properties does not charge for texts.

To stop: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more.

Quiet hours

We only send messages between 8am and 9pm in your local time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
